Owner

Beth Chaney

Beth is a BCBA and Director of Training and Dissemination at a clinic in South Carolina. In a previous position she led a company wide initiative in "Do Better ABA", and has invested hundreds of hours expanding her knowledge and skillset in the area of compassionate, trauma informed clinical practice. Beth completed specialized training in trauma and the therapeutic relationship and is a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional. Innovate Behavior was born out of Beth's passion to equip behavior analysts and behavior technicians with compassionate, trauma informed interventions and teaching strategies. When not working, Beth enjoys relaxing in the sunshine, listening to audiobooks or music, and spending time with her husband. 

Content Quality Coordinator

Michelle King

Michelle is a BCBA and Clinic Director in South Carolina. She has experience implementing and providing supervision on Assent Based Practice. She has conducted Practical Functional Assessments and seen many clients progress through Skills Based Treatment. Michelle provides a critical review of all training materials to ensure that the best content is being put forward based on the vision and values of Innovate Behavior. Outside of work, Michelle enjoys spending time with her family and can often be found coaching one of her daughter's sports team.

Jessalynn Hawkins

Jessalynn is an RBT Clinical Coordinator at a clinic in South Carolina. She has extensive experience implementing and providing support with Practical Functional Assessment and Skills Based Treatment. She provides one on one training and support to clinical teams and RBTs on assent based practice and compassionate, trauma informed service delivery. Jessalynn is Innovate's visionary, looking ahead for ways to move the field of ABA forward. She ensures all we do aligns with our vision and values. Jessalynn enjoys spending time with her family, hanging out by the pool, and watching USC football. Go Gamecocks!

Chief of Business

Erin Chaney

Erin’s 30+ year career progression in the military has given him a wide skillset, including operations, financial decision making, and strategic planning. He is the " behind the scenes logic" to Innovate's passion, and provides oversight for the daily operations and financial health of Innovate as our advisor. He enjoys playing bass guitar and mixing live sound production. During football season, he uses his strategic skills in fantasy football while also cheering for the Indianapolis Colts.

Administrative Support Coordinator

Caleb Chaney

Caleb is a full time college student in Liberty University's online program, pursuing a degree in elementary education. He works with after school and summer programs for elementary aged students. Caleb has a fantastic sense of humor, experiments with roasting his own coffee, and is a former barista-- all which serve him well in his role as the "Bringer of Happy, Relaxed, Engaged" for our Innovate team. He also provides insight to social media trends. He enjoys game nights with his friends and traveling to Utah to visit his longtime girlfriend.
